The pallet enquiry form collects the type and quantity of pallets wanted, the delivery address, and the name, telephone number and e-mail address of the enquirer. This information is used solely to handle the enquiry and, where answering it requires so, to pass it on to one or more pallet manufacturers or suppliers able to make an offer. It is neither disclosed to other third parties, nor sold, nor used for advertising.
The legal basis for processing is consent, collected through the check box on the form. Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial follow-up requires, then deleted. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the data concerning you, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
